Team SP look'n good!

Team SP is ready! Well I hope so :)  Today we had a team picture with our Team SP shirts on-everyone who was registered got a shirt.  Of course as soon as some staff saw the cool shirts they wanted to register for the race...right...so I told them they have to register for the race first-then maybe get a shirt!!  Everyone got their shirt put them on, then we took some pictures-then I collected them all back-that's right everyone gets their shirt back on race day at the starting line!!

36 of the 70 SP staff running on the 28th!

The excitement is growing as the staff ran around like kids with their new shirts!!  After the photo shoot it was training time!  Almost everyone went out to do their laps around ELWA...
Heading out for the training run!

It has POURED all day, I mean build an Ark type of tropical rain storm.  However, when it was time to our training run the rain stopped and the running began.  After everyone got done their training run, including bossman and yours truly, it started to rain again!

These next 2 weeks are going to fly by-and soon it will be race day.  Before then, I hope to share with you more about our staff and our projects.  Our office is one of the largest field offices that SP has-with over 300 Liberian staff and approx. 15 ex-pat staff members and over 35 projects!  When we first arrived in 2005, the office was in our house and we had 3 staff-and I think 3 projects.  There is no way we would be where we are today with out God and without the staff that you see in that picture.  They are some of the hardest working people I know-and have been through so much.  God led them to SP-and is using them each day-what a privilege to be a part of!
